We’re Celeste and John. We live and work in Polson, MT. Celeste first started roasting green coffee beans back in 2014 on our cast iron skillet. Since then our equipment and her skills have improved considerably. We’re excited to now be able to offer our delicious fresh roasted experience with our friends and neighbors. Come by our roastery at 214 Main Street in Polson to chat over some fresh brew.

What’s with the dog?
GCRC’s mascot is our beloved Shih Tzu, Mickey. The official “good boy” of GOOD COFFEE ROASTING COMPANY. Mickey was indeed a very good dog and brought so much joy to everyone he pranced around. We knew he’d be the perfect symbol to represent our brand. Just plain good.
